All services are performed under Arizona Registrar of Contractors License ROC C-16 296999 and are subject to separate service agreements, quotes, or contracts that govern the specific terms of any engagement.

SMS Messaging & A2P Compliance
A2P 10DLC Program & Campaign Compliance
Stop Fire LLC sends text messages via Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging using 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers registered through the U.S. A2P 10DLC ecosystem. Our messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and comply with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Guidelines and all applicable carrier requirements (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, UScellular, and regional carriers).
- All message campaigns are registered under a verified brand and approved use case
- We maintain accurate records of campaign registration, brand verification, and carrier approval
- Message content is limited to the approved use case categories (e.g., service notifications, appointment reminders, customer support)
- We do not send messages outside the scope of our registered campaign use cases
Opt-In & Express Written Consent
- You will ONLY receive messages if you have explicitly opted in via a web form, keyword, or verbal consent
- By opting in, you provide express written consent (as defined under the TCPA) to receive autodialed and/or automated SMS messages from Stop Fire LLC at the phone number you provide
- We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions, including the method, date, time, and content of consent for regulatory compliance
- Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services

AI-Powered Voice Communications
Stop Fire LLC may use AI-powered voice technology to conduct automated outbound calls for purposes including appointment reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and customer support. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive such AI-generated voice calls subject to the terms below.
- All AI voice calls will be identified as automated/AI-generated at the start of the call
- You will be informed of your right to speak with a human representative
- You may opt out of AI voice communications at any time by requesting a human representative or contacting us at
- AI voice calls comply with the TCPA and all applicable federal and state telemarketing and robocall regulations
- Opting out of AI voice calls will not affect your ability to receive other services
